2. SCOPE OF SERVICES OFFERED
“SEA TRAVEL BURGAS” Ltd organizes and provides sea trips and events with tourist ships around Sozopol, St. Ivan Island, and the bay. Our services include, but are not limited to:
-Panoramic trips and cruises
-Evening cruises with sunset
-Themed parties with DJs and live music
-Pirate and foam parties
-Sea restaurant with fresh fish and drinks
-Private and group events (weddings, birthdays, etc.)
-Additional services such as photographer and bar
3. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
-Tickets for our sea trips and events can be purchased in the following ways:
Online via the website – directly through the integrated URBO platform. This provides you with easy and fast access to all available events, times, and ticket types.
-By phone: at +359 888 823 575 – for inquiries, group reservations, or organizing private events.
-On site: on the day of the event, subject to availability of free seats.
Payment for online reservations is made through a secure electronic payment system on the URBO platform. After successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation at the email address you provided.
For private events and group bookings, a deposit may be required. Cancellations and changes to already made reservations are carried out according to the rules of the URBO platform or based on individually agreed terms for direct bookings.
4. ON BOARD SAFETY
For the safety of all guests, it is mandatory to follow the crew's instructions during the voyage. The organizers reserve the right to refuse participation or terminate access to the service for persons exhibiting inappropriate or threatening behavior, including those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5. LIABILITY
“SEA TRAVEL BURGAS” Ltd is not responsible for:
-Delays or cancellations due to bad weather or other force majeure circumstances
-Lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings while on board
-Accidents caused by failure to comply with safety rules
6. CHANGES IN THE PROGRAM
The organizer reserves the right to make changes in the schedule, route, or type of event depending on weather conditions, technical necessity, or other objective reasons. In such cases, an alternative service or a refund will be offered if applicable.
7. PERSONAL DATA
All personal data provided by clients are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Data is used solely for making reservations and communication with the client.
